The Ethiopian Roads Authority is the custodian of the series of technical manuals, standard specifications and bidding documents that are written for the practicing engineer in Ethiopia. The series describe current and recommended practice and set out the national standards for roads and bridges. They are based on national experience and international practice and are approved by the Director General of the EthiopianRoads Authority.
